The Quarantined Environment

2020 has been a terrible year… We are living an experience never lived before, but does this only bring bad things? Are we all going to get hurt from this experience? Or are there also good things? Let’s see…
Let's see what the world was like before the quarantine. Unfortunately, our world has become a totally polluted world… The oceans, the great blue sea, became a sea of trash. The one that was the great blue sky, has turned grey in many parts of the world. Large green forests have been destroyed by humans every day; thousands of trees that give us oxygen were cut down.
And during the quarantine, what changed? Well, the world started to stay at home, there wasn’t traffic, there weren’t people on the streets. So, if there were no means of transport on the streets, there was no pollution. If the planes stopped flying, there was no pollution. If the factories stopped working, there wasn’t pollution. If the workers were at home, there was no exploitation! In the images below we can see China's pollution spot before and after COVID-19 emerged. They are completely different stains!
Wait, let's think... Coronavirus forced people to stay at home, but nature remained free! On the beaches all over the world, species of animals were seen on the seashore where they didn’t use to appear. Hundreds of turtles dominated the beaches! This is incredible!
But unfortunately, it's not just good news... With the use of gloves and masks to protect themselves, instead of being responsible, many people throw all this protection into the ground and, thus, everything ends up in the ocean...

Seen this way, not everything is bad... Our planet has managed to breathe much better! The problem is if we become polluters again... We have to take advantage of this situation to learn and do better! I hope the world can breathe better for a long time. It is my wish! Help me to do it! Together, we'll make it!
